On behalf of Safeway I would like to thank you and Kalamazoo Materials for providing the materials, landscape decorative rock, boulders and support during the installation of the Safeway Memorial during the weekend of remembrance. Michael Price was exceptional and provided a high-level of detail to the appearance surrounding the memorial. In addition, they showed remarkable integrity and sensitivity to the nature of this special project.

Because of the assistance of Kalamazoo Materials, Tusconans now have a place to reflect, pay respect to the victims, grieve for those we’ve lost, and thank those men and women who have responded.

This amazing backyard water feature was done by a contractor that buys from one of our retailers, Green Valley Decorative Rock in Green Valley, Arizona. The gorgeous pop of color from our large Kino blue boulders is just fantastic! It really brings out the blue from the water and contrasts nicely with the purple lantana and the yellow wildflowers. We have timed this new route to find out approximately how efficient it would be for trucks coming from our Chloride, Whitehills and Valentine Quarries.
